1. Who we are and what these terms cover
XamBaaz (“we”, “us”) operates www.xambaaz.com, an exam-preparation platform for students in Class 8–12 covering CBSE Board, JEE and NEET preparation. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
If you are under 18, you may use XamBaaz with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
Accounts are created by signing in with Google. We never see or store your Google password. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity that happens under your account.
One account is meant for one person. Sharing an account, or sharing paid access with others, is a breach of these terms and may result in the account being disabled.
During onboarding you choose your class and whether you are a student or an educator. Students are locked to a single class; educators can browse all classes 8–12.
3. The free plan
XamBaaz is free to start and stays free. Every regular chapter gives you one Easy quiz and one Medium quiz at no cost, permanently — we do not expire this into a hard paywall or lock you out of the site.
Beyond that free floor, the remaining Easy and Medium quizzes, all Hard quizzes, and every full-length paper (Subject Mastery Tests and Board, JEE and NEET mocks) require a paid plan.

4. Paid plans and payment
The Student plan is ₹999 for one year and the Educator plan is ₹2,999 for one year. Both unlock everything on the platform for that period.
These are one-time payments for a fixed twelve-month term. They are NOT subscriptions — nothing auto-renews and no recurring mandate is set up on your card or bank account. When the year ends you simply return to the free plan unless you choose to pay again.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a confirmation and your billing email; we never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Access is granted automatically by matching the email you pay with to the email on your XamBaaz account. If those differ, the payment is recorded but access is not granted automatically — write to us and we will apply it manually. Please pay using the same email you signed in with.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a term you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Use XamBaaz for your own learning. Do not scrape, bulk-download, republish or resell our questions, explanations, notes or mock papers, and do not use automated tools to extract content from the site.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users' accounts, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or upload anything unlawful or abusive.
Educators may generate question papers from the platform for use with their own students. That permission does not extend to publishing our content, selling it, or distributing it beyond their own classroom.
7. Our content
All questions, explanations, concept notes, mock papers, analytics and site design are owned by XamBaaz or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. Your plan grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own preparation — not ownership.
“NCERT”, “CBSE”, “JEE”, “NEET” and other exam or board names belong to their respective bodies. XamBaaz is an independent platform aligned to the NCERT syllabus; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by CBSE, NTA, NCERT or any examination authority.
8. Content accuracy
We work hard to keep our questions and answer keys correct, and we actively review and fix errors that surface. Even so, a large question bank can contain mistakes. Our content is a study aid — always check anything doubtful against your NCERT textbook and your teacher.
If you find a wrong answer key or a mistake in an explanation, please tell us. Reports genuinely help, and we fix them.
9. No guarantee of results
XamBaaz helps you practise. It cannot guarantee any particular score, rank, board result or admission. Your performance on the platform is not a prediction of your exam outcome.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep XamBaaz available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service — maintenance, updates and third-party outages happen.
We may add, change or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan gives you during your paid term, contact us and we will make it right.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or disable an account that breaches these terms — for example account sharing, content scraping or attempts to bypass access controls. Where a suspension is our error, we will restore access and extend any paid term by the time lost.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to XamBaaz is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam outcomes.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
13. Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use XamBaaz after a change means you accept it.
