ChatGPT knows everything. Genie knows you.

Genie is the free study helper inside every XamBaaz account. Type a term, a formula or a chapter name, in English or Hinglish, and Genie shows the notes we wrote for that chapter. It never makes up an answer. Its My mistakes tab lists every question you got wrong, with the concept to revise.

Try it: tap a question

These are the first answers Genie shows for each question, from our Class 9, 10 and 11 notes.

It remembers what you got wrong

After every quiz, Genie's My mistakes tab groups the questions you got wrong by topic. It shows what you picked, the right answer and why, and the concept from your notes that fixes it. A general chatbot can't do this, because it has never seen your answers.

2 wrong so far, mostly in Newton's Three Laws, Cell Organelles. Read the "Revise this" concept under each. Then redo that chapter's quiz.

Newton's first law of motion is also called the law of:

You picked: Acceleration

Inertia

Why: Newton's first law says a body stays at rest or in uniform motion unless an external force acts on it — this resistance to a change in motion is called inertia, not acceleration or conservation.

Revise this

InertiaConcept

The natural tendency of an object to resist a change in its state of motion; the first law is therefore also called the law of inertia.

The inner membrane of mitochondria is folded to form:

You picked: Grana

Cristae

Why: The inner mitochondrial membrane folds inward to form finger-like cristae, greatly increasing its surface area for the enzymes that synthesise ATP; grana and thylakoids are instead chloroplast structures.

What Genie won't do

  • Chat or write essays

It answers with our notes, not with sentences it makes up.

  • Guess

If our notes don't cover your question, it tells you so.

  • Solve a brand-new doubt step by step

For worked solutions, read the explanation under every quiz question.

Questions

Does Genie make up answers?

No. Genie doesn't write answers on the spot. It shows the notes we prepared for each chapter, word for word, so it can't invent one. If our notes don't cover what you typed, it tells you so instead of guessing.

Which classes and subjects does Genie cover?

Class 8 to 12 — the Key Concepts notes of 391 chapters across Maths, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Social Science and English. When the notes have no match, it also searches the worked explanations of our quiz questions.

Is Genie free?

Yes. Genie is free in every student account, with or without a plan — and so are the Key Concepts notes it shows.

What if Genie can't find my answer?

It says it couldn't find it — it won't guess. Try the word your textbook uses, or type the chapter's name to see all its notes. For a doubt the notes don't cover, read the worked explanation under each quiz question, or ask your teacher.

Can I use Genie in Hindi?

Notes and quiz questions are in English. You can type in Hinglish — like “mitochondria kya hai” — and switch menus and buttons to Hindi with the EN | हिं button at the top.
