Almost every engineering entrance in India, whether national, state or private, is built on the same base: the NCERT Class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry and Maths syllabus. Learn that core well and you are preparing for all of them at once. What changes from exam to exam is the paper pattern and the extra sections, not the science and maths underneath.
This is the engineering path on XamBaaz. JEE Main and JEE Advanced are at the centre. IIT-JEE: the main exam
JEE Main
Conducted by the NTA for admission to the NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. You must clear it to sit JEE Advanced.
Physics, Chemistry and Maths, +4/−1 marking, on the NCERT Class 11–12 syllabus alone. That is exactly what our chapter-wise practice and JEE mock papers are built for.
JEE Advanced
Conducted by the IITs (a different IIT each year) and taken by the top JEE Main qualifiers. It is the one entrance for the IITs.
Same NCERT PCM syllabus as Main, so all our chapter practice applies directly. Our Hard level is set at this standard.
Note: Advanced uses question types that Main does not: more than one correct answer, numerical-answer questions, and paragraph or matching sets. Our MCQ practice builds the concepts. Separate Advanced-pattern papers are planned for later.

BITSAT
Conducted by BITS Pilani for admission to its Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses. Computer-based.
The Physics, Chemistry and Maths part is the NCERT Class 11–12 syllabus, which we cover in full. Practise it chapter-wise here.
Note: BITSAT also tests English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning. We do not cover those (we cover NCERT PCM only), so prepare them separately.
MHT-CET
Maharashtra's state CET for engineering (PCM) and pharmacy (PCB) admissions.
Built on the NCERT/state-board Physics, Chemistry and Maths syllabus, with most weight on Class 12. Our Class 12 PCM practice covers most of the paper.
Note: MHT-CET has no negative marking, and about 80% of it comes from the Class 12 syllabus. So do the Class 12 chapters first.
WBJEE
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board's state engineering entrance.
Physics, Chemistry and Maths on the NCERT/state-board syllabus. It is the same core our chapter-wise practice covers.
Note: WBJEE marks each question category differently, and some questions have more than one correct answer with part marks. Practise the concepts here, then practise its exact marking on past papers.
VITEEE
VIT's entrance for its Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal and Amaravati campuses. Computer-based, no negative marking.
The Physics, Chemistry and Maths sections are NCERT-based, and our chapter-wise practice covers them.
Note: VITEEE also has Aptitude and English sections, which we do not cover.
COMEDK UGET
Entrance for private engineering colleges in Karnataka.

State CETs (KCET, AP & TS EAPCET)
Karnataka and Andhra/Telangana state common entrance tests for engineering (and allied) admissions.
PCM on the state-board syllabus, which follows NCERT closely. Our chapter-wise practice covers the core. Most have no negative marking.

Engineering entrances — frequently asked questions
Do I need to prepare separately for JEE, BITSAT and the state CETs?+
Mostly no. They all test the same NCERT Class 11–12 Physics, Chemistry and Maths core, so one strong PCM base prepares you for all of them. What differs is the paper pattern (marking, timing) and a few extra sections, like BITSAT's English and Logical Reasoning and VITEEE's Aptitude. You prepare those on top of the shared base.
Is XamBaaz practice enough for BITSAT or MHT-CET?+
For the Physics, Chemistry and Maths part, which is most of every engineering paper, yes. Practise it chapter-wise here for free. For BITSAT you will also need English and Logical Reasoning practice. For state CETs like MHT-CET, use your state-board books too. We do not cover those parts, because we cover NCERT PCM only.
What is the difference between JEE Main and JEE Advanced?+
JEE Main (NTA) is the national exam for the NITs and IIITs, and you must clear it to sit Advanced. JEE Advanced (the IITs) is the harder exam for IIT admission. Both use the same NCERT PCM syllabus, so the same chapter practice applies. But Advanced adds tougher question types, like questions with more than one correct answer and numerical-answer questions.
