Top medical colleges in India
There is no official top 100 for medical colleges: NIRF ranks only 50 medical institutes, and 6 of them are postgraduate-only (no MBBS). So this page shows two published lists side by side, the official NIRF 2025 and the India Today-MDRA 2026 survey of 62 MBBS colleges. They use different methods and are not merged.
NIRF 2025 Medical: the 50 ranked
The official ranking. "PG only" means the institute teaches postgraduate and super-speciality courses, not MBBS, so a NEET UG student cannot join it for an MBBS seat. The "MBBS" mark was read off each institute's official page.
