Every Sunday at 11 am: the skills future exams test, started now.

Data interpretation and logical reasoning are tested in CAT (its DILR section), the CUET General Test, bank and government exams, and most campus placement tests. Start building them in Class 8.

Three categories by class. For Class 11–12, half the paper is JEE/NEET-level Physics and Chemistry.

Sunday is the start, not the end

  • Each Friday, the coming Sunday's topics go up, with a warm-up quiz for each from your own syllabus.
  • After the paper, every question you missed comes back on Monday in “Yesterday's misses”.
  • Your result points you to the chapters behind your mistakes, so the week's exam prep is also next Sunday's prep.

Instructions

  1. The paper. 20 questions, 30 minutes. The clock starts when you press Start, not at 11.
  2. When. Live every Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Last start for a ranked attempt: 4:30 pm. One ranked attempt per student.
  3. Marking. +4 right, -1 wrong (Class 8–9: no minus), 0 skipped. If you can't narrow it down, skip it.
  4. Sets. A data or reasoning set is one table or puzzle with about 4 questions. The table stays above each of its questions, so you never have to scroll back.
  5. Moving around. Jump between questions, skip and come back, change an answer until you submit. The numbers at the top show which ones you have answered.
  6. Allowed: rough paper and a pen. Not allowed: a calculator. Every question can be done by hand. Answers save as you go: if you get disconnected, open it again and carry on while time remains.
  7. At the end. Your score and the worked answers come straight away. Places for the day are published at 5:00 pm, once everyone has had the chance to sit it.
  8. The prize. Your Sunday scores add up over the month. The month's topper wins a free year of XamBaaz, and one student from places 2–10 wins a surprise prize. To be eligible, practise on at least 8 days that month.
  9. Fair play. Questions differ from student to student, so sharing answers doesn't help. One account per student.

On which day were the most pens sold in all?

Add each row: Mon 12 + 8 = 20, Tue 15 + 10 = 25, Wed 9 + 11 = 20. Answer: Tuesday. The next questions in the set ask about the same table.
