Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying. Email us from the address on your XamBaaz account.
Does it renew on its own?
No. You pay once for twelve months. Nothing auto-renews, and no mandate is set up on your card or UPI.
How can I pay?
Through Razorpay's secure checkout, with UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), a Visa, Mastercard, RuPay or Maestro card, netbanking from any Indian bank, EMI or a wallet.
Can a parent pay for their child?
Yes. On the For Parents page, type the email your child signs in with. We email the payment link to that inbox, your child forwards it to you, and you pay. No sign-in is needed, and the full year goes straight to your child's account.
Can two students share one account?
No. Each account is for one student, because the rank, mistakes and progress come from that student's own answers.
How long does a year last?
