- Take the paper like the real exam. JEE/NEET papers use +4/−1 marking and real exam timers. Board papers use board-style marking with no negative marks.

Frequently asked questions
Are the mock tests on XamBaaz really free?+
Not all of them. 1 Easy + 1 Medium quiz on every chapter is free forever (up to 6 quizzes a day), with no card and no time limit, and the Key Concepts card on most chapters is free to read. So are one MHT-CET paper, one JEE paper and one NEET paper in each Class 11–12 subject (the Easy ones in Class 12). The other full-length JEE Main, NEET, MHT-CET, board and Subject Mastery papers are part of the student plan (₹999 a year for Class 8–10 and ₹1,999 a year for Class 11–12) — one payment for a full year, nothing auto-renews — and each paper opens once you have attempted every chapter of that subject.
Do the JEE and NEET mock tests use real exam marking?+
Yes. JEE Main and NEET papers use the real +4/−1 scheme on a strict timer. Board-pattern papers use +1, no negative marking, and MHT-CET papers have no negative marking, exactly like those exams.
How hard are the Easy, Medium and Hard mock papers?+
Each level is set a little harder than the real exam: Easy matches a typical JEE Main/NEET question, Medium matches the hardest quarter, and Hard reaches JEE Advanced / beyond-NEET level. If you score well here, the real exam feels easier.
Which classes and subjects have mock tests?+
Subject Mastery Tests cover Class 8–12 — 17 full-subject tests in all. JEE Main mocks cover Class 11–12 Maths, Physics and Chemistry; NEET mocks cover Class 11–12 Physics, Chemistry and Biology; MHT-CET papers follow the state CET pattern. Board exam papers are live for Class 10 and 12.
